Doctor

Aron Tallent , DVM, CVPM

When I was growing up in Fort Smith, Arkansas. I helped my grandfather care for animals on his dairy farm. From those experiences, I acquired my passion for veterinary medicine. I attended the University of Arkansas as an undergraduate student and graduated in 1973 from Oklahoma State University with my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. After practicing in Bentonville, Arkansas and Poteau, Oklahoma, I purchased Conway Animal Clinic in 1976 in Conway, Arkansas. I am the only Certified Veterinary Practice Manager in Arkansas. I believe that increasing the standard of care for pets will also increase the quality of life for their caregivers.

I married my wife Beverly in 1968. We have two sons, two daughter-in-laws and four wonderful grandchildren, Jacob, Kate, Ryan and Seth. We also have a poodle named Bitsi who you may see at the clinic from time to time! My hobbies include landscaping, working in my greenhouse, serving in my church, helping Conway Animal Welfare on community service projects and being Grandad.

Carie Siria , Practice Manager

I moved to Conway in 2001 from Texas. I married my husband Josh in 2003 and started to work here at Conway Animal Clinic that same year. We have a beautiful daughter, Alex and lots of four-legged kids, Emma a Weimaraner, Chevy a mixed breed, Willow a mixed breed and Roberson a cat.

I have always loved pets and enjoy working with all that come into our clinic. When we're not working, my husband and I enjoy time spent with Alex and our families.

Angela Moore , Certified Veterinary Technician

I graduated from Purdue University in 1997 with an Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology. I have lived in Conway and worked at Conway Animal Clinic since graduation. In October of 2000, I married my husband Jeff. We have a daughter, Brittany that was born in 2005 and we have four other "kids" -- two cats (Cheeto and Chester) and our two miniature Australian Shepherds (Dixie and Ruby). For fun I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, singing and snuggling up with my pets.

John Ballard , Kennel Technician

I started working at Conway Animal Clinic in early 2009. I have lived in Arkansas all my life and love to hunt and fish. I have two four-legged kids, Lola a pit bull and Boomer a poodle mix. I am also a proud Grandpa! I look forward to taking care of your four-legged kids!

Grooming

Christy Branson , Pet Stylist

I have been the groomer at Conway Animal Clinic since 1991. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Tony, since 1978. We have one son, Eric, he has three great kids, Katie, Hunter and Logan. We also have a 4 legged kid, a beautiful yorkie named Ziva Mae. When I'm not at work, I love to scrapbook, cross-stitch, read and make Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls.

Assistants

Lisa Winter , Veterinary Assistant

I have worked at Conway Animal Clinic since July of 2002. I work as an assistant to our doctor, in the kennel area and in client relations.

I love coming to work. I learn something new every day. Working with the animals is very interesting and rewarding to me. Also puppy kisses are the best!

When I'm not busy at work, I enjoy scrapbooking, walking and spending time with my daughter, Kaylyn.

Taz , Clinic Cat

My name is Taz! I was born in 1996 and came to live at the clinic in 2008. When you come to the clinic you will see me wandering around making sure everything is running smoothly. I like to take long naps in the soft bed at the front desk or in the sunny spot by the front door. I look forward to seeing you soon!
