Aron Tallent, Practice Owner
DVM, CVPM
When
I was growing up in Fort Smith, Arkansas. I helped my grandfather care
for animals on his dairy farm. From those experiences, I acquired my
passion for veterinary medicine. I attended the University of Arkansas
as an undergraduate student and graduated in 1973 from Oklahoma State
University with my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. After
practicing in Bentonville, Arkansas and Poteau, Oklahoma, I purchased
Conway Animal Clinic in 1976 in Conway, Arkansas. I am the only
Certified Veterinary Practice Manager in Arkansas. I believe that
increasing the standard of care for pets will also increase the quality
of life for their caregivers. My hobbies include landscaping, working
in my greenhouse, serving in my church and helping Conway Animal
Welfare on community service projects.

Angela Moore, Certified
Veterinary Technician
I graduated from Purdue University in 1997 with an
Associates Degree in
Veterinary Technology. I have worked at Conway Animal Clinic since
graduation. In October of 2000, I married my husband Jeff. We live in
Conway with our daughter Brittany and our four other "kids" -- three
cats (Tigger, Cheeto and Chester) and our miniature Australian Shepherd
(Dixie). For fun I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, singing
and snuggling up with my pets.

Lisa Winter, Veterinary
Assistant
I
have worked at Conway Animal Clinic since July of 2002. I work as an
assistant to our doctor, in the kennel area and in client
relations. I love coming to work. I learn something new
every day. Working with the animals is very interesting and rewarding
to me. Also puppy kisses are the best!
When I'm not busy at work, I enjoy scrapbooking, walking and spending
time with my daughter, Kaylyn. |

Marlynn Krause, Client Relations
I've
been working in Client Relations at Conway Animal Clinic since 1996. I
am married to my husband, Paul, who teaches Chemistry at the University
of Central Arkansas. We've lived in Conway since 1977 coming from
Wisconsin and Iowa. Although we have two married daughters and three
grandchildren, we are not empty nesters. We have a canine "kid" --
Percy, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. We also baby sit quite often
for several "step children" -- Tomy, a Westie; Zoie, a Brussels
Griffon; and Sammie, a Shihtzu.
I particularly enjoy curling up with a good book,
a cup of tea and a dog sitting on my feet.

Carie Siria, Practice Manager
I
moved to Conway in 2001 from Texas. I married my husband Josh in 2003
and started to work here at Conway Animal Clinic that same year. We
have a beautiful daughter, Alex, and three four-legged kids: Emma, a
Weimaraner, Chevy, a mixed breed, and Roberson, a cat.
I have always loved pets and enjoy working with all that come into our
clinic. When we're not working, my husband and I enjoy time spent
with Alex and our families.
I still believe that puppy breath is the best smell in the world.

Ruth Bland, Kennal Assistant
I am currently attending the University of Central Arkansas to pursue
my degree in Biology. Upon graduation in May 2008, I plan to attend
graduate school in order to earn my Doctorate in Biology to more than
likely become a professor. I have been working at Conway Animal Clinic
since May 2007 and love working in the kennels getting to play with
cats and dogs daily.
I have two cats, Huxley, a black short-hair, Binkie, a black long-hair,
and Wilson, a chocolate lab mix.
When not at work, I am usually studying. |
